Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority has other housing programs for our clients. These programs operate differently from our other housing programs. Units are owned and managed by WMHA. Housing options such as Shreve Manor & Secrest Village (designated for elderly & disabled) Interfaith Properties, WMHA group homes (client are referred by DD) and Home Place Housing (referred by other local agencies).
