We are located in Wooster, Ohio. Please do NOT apply if you do not want to relocate to Wayne County, Ashland County or Holmes County in Ohio. 

You MUST have a valid email address. Your email address serves as your username. WMHA will use this email address as the primary means of communication with all WMHA business. Please check your spam folder frequently and accept incoming messages from WMHA and/or RentCafe.

WMHA does NOT have emergency services, please contact your local Salvation Army or other shelters in your area. An applicant does NOT have any right or entitlement to be listed on the PHA waiting list, to any particular position on the waiting list, or to admission to the programs. The preceding sentence does not affect or prejudice any right, independent of this rule, to bring a judicial action challenging an PHA violation of a constitutional or statutory requirement.
