Question Responses we received from our Environmental Review RFP is below:

  • How do you plan on separating the properties for each environmental review? Typically, each apartment community gets their own environmental review. Environmental reviews for scattered sites are typically done in groups (The grouping is based on how they are grouped together with HUD.)

Answer:  We have a total of 2 AMPS based on HUD grouping. One AMP is all of our Elderly/Disabled Hi and Low Rise Units. The other AMP is all of our Family units, which is scattered throughout Wayne County, Ohio.

  • Are you looking for the pricing to include Lead Base Paint Testing, Asbestos Screening, and Radon Screening? This testing is required for HUD disposition (The asbestos and lead testing requirement is based on the date of construction of each building.)

Answer: We are looking to do a disposition on one of our properties this unit is located at 200 S. Market St. in Wooster.

  • Do you have the following for each site? (Property Cards of all of our properties will be provided upon request)

Be advised, proposals will not be accepted late. Deadline information is listed above or you may refer to the individual solicitation document. The WMHA encourages all interested firms to attend Pre-Proposals, Pre-Bids, and Bid Opening Conferences.
